My favourite markets in Brisbane

Riverside market – Every Sunday 7 am-3 pm:
This was the first market I visited when I was traveling through Brisbane 20 years ago. I loved this market and I still do.
The market is in a beautiful location just down to the river and right in the center of the city.
If you are a tourist this is the place to get that unique souvenir to take home.
Jensen Opals sell opals direct from their mine. The owners Helena and Hans mine their own opals, cut the opals and turn them into beautiful handcrafted opal jewellery. You can find their stall next to The Coffee Club. Continue reading My favourite markets in Brisbane

You can buy the heat packs at the chemist. I prefer the bigger size of the bag.

Deep heat creams – The deep heat cream is menthol based and brings instant temporary relief.
You can buy the cream in most supermarkets or at the chemist. Continue reading Tips for relief of neckpains
